I work exclusively with people living with chronic pain.

Helping people to live their best life and reach their full potential is a personal passion of mine.

As an ICF accredited Life & Performance coach I am incredibly passionate about providing you with the support you need to overcome the challenges and negative impact living in pain can have on your life.

I founded my business with the sole focus of helping others achieve their goals and aspirations in exactly the same way that coaching helped me achieve mine. I aim to inspire and better equip you to come to terms with, manage, and deal with your long-term pain conditions with increased confidence. It can be hard to know where to start, so I will help guide you to identify what is most important to you, what you want to achieve, and how you can work towards your goals so that you can reach your full potential.

As pain sufferers know only too well, this may include looking at your nutrition, sleep patterns, stress levels, physical activity, mindset, how you plan and structure your days, and any other areas of life that might be exacerbating your pain levels. Through the coaching process, of careful questioning, reflections, planning, and goal setting I can help you to feel back in control of your body and health once again.

—  I’ve been, and still am where you are now, and it’s my firm belief that when it comes to pain, it really does mean everything to speak to someone who completely understands what you are going through – and that person can be me.

The first questions you might want to ask is, why do I coach on the subject of pain? and, why is that important to me?

Why did I take up coaching and Why I am so passionate about it?

In 2014 at the age of 33, after suffering with severe back pain for a couple of years I was diagnosed with Spinal Arthritis, or to quote its medical term ‘Ankylosing Spondylitis’. This means that I spend almost all my days in significant pain and discomfort (lucky me hey!!). Over the years I have gathered a breadth of knowledge and understanding of my condition that helps me to live each day the best way I can and take the steps that I know work best for me and my body.

When you get diagnosed with an incurable disease it makes you re-evaluate your life, what’s important and what do I want to do with my life?  Were the two questions I asked myself. When I reflected on this, I realised that through the power of coaching I could achieve both – I could allow myself a work life balance whilst having the joy and privilege of helping others to achieve their goals. So, to put it simply, that’s exactly what I did and the reason why you are here reading my story today.

I have completed extensive training that has taught me how to ask the right questions, communicate effectively and most importantly, how to get you to where you want to be in your life.

I know how important it is to connect on a deeper level and have the feeling that someone has your back, so if you are driven, and wanting to make a positive change to your life, then what are you waiting for! Take the next step now, reach out and we can start to get to know each other.
